I think it is a disgrace asking ALL the time for donations. What a cheek. Madeleine is missing thru their neglect. After all facts and evidence point to no abductionand blood and the smell od cadaver beint in their apt and hired car. Its like they feel no shame in taking money for their neglect and getting rich off it. The goverment or someone should step in now and put a halt to this. Its digusting and I don’t think they care about how bad they look. They both lack moral fibre. Madeleine is just a cash cow. Disgusting.

Company was incorporated on 15/05/2007, now assuming they went through this method and didnt have some fast track scheme that Companies House didnt mention you would have to concur that the letter was sent on the 15th May 2007 which is 7 working days after MMC’s alledged abduction, prior to that they would have to get all the paperwork in place to send to Companies House, my monies on the week before they went to Portugal.
Also trying to track down when GM said they tried to become a charity but where told they couldn’t be. Why then would they have set up this company prior to that meeting, they could have said yes, then they would have to have started all over again.

The 7th May 2007 was a bank holiday. Company house takes between 8 to 10 working days to set up a company, plus 3 days for postage of the certificates. I believe the date of the setting up of the company was the 17th? With normal service this would mean the fund had to be started before the 3rd! Is it possible to check this at Company House?
I’ve always had the feeling that the whole circus was a plan delayed, finally taking off. There was just too damn much in place, the protection from government, the compliant media. Not so easy unless the contact is ready to act. The most significant pointer is brother John giving up the day job.
Incidentally, in the document re the Fund which you’ve published, it is an outright lie that neither of the McCann’s had no income following the 3rd May. G had six months paid leave. Follow the money, all this has been about money from years and years back.

And mentioning paedophiles or kidnappers think about it people wouldnt a kidnapper go for the youngest kid that dont know there parents. Maddie would know and would have said something to sum1 by now. They have murdered her and the facts are there. Funds hahaha

What people are we? The parents GIVE mothers and father a bad name. Are you forgetting what really happened the NOBODY has seen the obvious facts that what im about to say, will make the truth into reality and you will see they are both guilty. I have 5 sisters and learnt a lot on mother instincts, when she discovered maddie was missing WHY did she leave the kids behind and goto the restaurant half a mile away to warn gerry mcann shouting they have taken her they have taken her. Please listen parents if u where in that predicament would u pick up the kids running and screaming through the streets help help (she may have wonderd off) but saying they have taken her. That meant to me she knew what happened to maddie because of that statement. Mind you dads the morning after would u go for a stroll on the beach. God help maddie..Thank you

My comment is when she realised maddie was missing then why didnt mother insthinct kick in and got the other kids and ran to the club, instead she left them behind, was she hoping the so called “kidnaper” to come bak for the other 2 kids. MOTHERS If u realised ur kid went missing would u not take the other kids with u to be on the safe side,? Mams are very protective over their children so where was her brain leaving the kids behind running half a mile to say they have taken her they have taken her. How did she know the child was taken she could of sleep walked. So in my mind she knew what had happened to maddie and coverd up the situation very well and gerry is 100% behind all the lies when they just happened to make a diary just for that day when she went missing and gerry going to the beach the next day. He was really upset. hope the police lock them up.. Keith

In view of the serious allegations of paedophilia made to Leicestershire Police against McCann and his croney Payne by the Doctors Gaspar, can anybody explain why thay have not been investigated by the Independent Safeguarding Authority as to their suitability to work with vulnerable people in the NHS?
Reply: Indeed! There was a lot of doctors in PDL at the time and a lot of doctors rushed to assist Kate and Gerry. Was it Doug Skehan who offered 100,000 pounds of his own money almost immediately?

My disgust has now reached unprecedented levels with the new article on Dave Edgar’s conviction that Madeleine is being ‘held in a cellar within 10 miles of Pria de Luz. In ‘one of the lawless villages’.

I thought she was in Barcelona or Melbourne or even in a mansion somewhere being treated like a princess.

I am so pleased to have come across this site and hope something can be achieved .
As a small donor, I do have rights to question the Accounts but it would need a petition to the Fraud Office signed by several hundred people to have any effect I
think. We need to see the Invoices for all the Expenditure and there is no sign of
all the donations from schoolchildren, pubs, clubs etc listed seperately. Very opague accounting IMO , but I hope justice will be done before the Fund closes down, which I suspect will be after the next accounts are filed.

I live in Portugal and I don’t believe in McCann since first day…
There is a lot to explain about that night!!
My country had no courage to proceed with investigation, what is a shame!
If they are innocents… Why do they need all this campaign to try to clean their image?
Why the rented card 23 days after the missing day, had organic thing almost sure belonging to Madeleine?
Why do they involved the English politics in the case?

Pension fund for the parents and the relatives. How can this be? If this is the case and it is proved i am sure they should be guilty of something what about the GMC what do they have to say about it.. As anybody made a complaint to the GMC regarding the Mc Canns.. M

It is incredible that the UK authorities are sitting back allowing this to happen!
There is no evidence at all that Madeleine was abducted and a witness who claims to have seen Gerry McCaan carrying a child toward the beach. Its about time there was an inquest into the child’s disappearance, it is possible that the McCanns or their friends have committed a criminal offence, yet their is an assumption not of innocence, but that a crime was committed at all!
Even the most basic question remains un-investigated – like, why would a GP (a locum) be in contact with 6 cadavers in a few weeks!
Why would the mother of a missing child refuse to answer over 40 questions put to her by police? Might it be that Gerry and Kate decided that one would answer questions and the other wouldnt, to avoid discrepancies between them?
Outrageous that with so much in question, al lwe see if the McCanns taking money from carefully selected (to avoid having to appear in court and answer ‘difficult’ questions) libel cases!

All the children, schools and concerned folk who donated to the fund did so believing it was to find Maddy, lots didn’t realise it was a pension fund for the parents and the relatives. Stop donating people and demand answers. The McScams should be ashamed of themselves. Keep digging Stevo…

Even as someone who has an open mind regarding Madeleine’s disappearance, I believe that those who were generous enough to contribute to the fund are entitled to know how their money has been spent.
The abject failure of the publicity campaign together with that of numerous very costly detective agencies should be of concern to all. Why is it that the services of these detectives are only retained for a matter of months before they are replaced? Such a lack of continuity can only serve to undermine the entire investigation.
At the time of writing, I believe that the McCanns themselves are working their way through the extensive police files. Are Gerry and Kate McCann now running the investigation and funding their amateur detective work with public money? Madeleine McCann disappeared in Portugal and that is where a professional investigation should be focused – not in ‘Orchard House’.
What can we expect from the ‘Christmas Message’ exactly? Yet another vacuous appeal that amounts to no more than the holding up of a photo and reading of a phone number with precious little else in between no doubt. Have the detectives really not managed to uncover anything that might assist the public?
Those who control this fund and determine the direction of the ‘investigation’ have failed spectacularly to achieve anything whatsoever. It is high time that somebody involved in this debacle offered some kind of reassurance to the public that their money is not being squandered as it appears to be.

Hopefully the fund will come under some real scrutiny and make some people realise this is not a charity.
I fail to see what real efforts have been made to find Maddie using the fund’s finances. Metodo 3 had no expertise in this area. They did not get Maddie home for Christmas last year as they promised.
The Mccanns seem to like spending other people’s money to look for Madeleine.
Mr McCann said they would stop at nothing to get Madeleine back: “If we thought it would secure her safe return, we would sell our house, we would do anything to get our daughter back.” So they would not sell their house and use these funds to help find out what happened, they would only sell their house if there was a guarantee of getting poor Maddie back alive. Says it all really.

Some bold statements here on this new (to me) web site. I’m ceratinly with you on your basic suspicions, but could you clarify a couple of things for me?
You say that “it is unknown who the shareholders are”, but Companies House describes the company as a “Private, limited by guarantee, no share capital”. Surely no share capital = no shareholders?
Secondly, the most recent return was made on May 15 this year. If the figures support your contentions, why not publish them in your FAQs?
Otherwise… nice job! I look forward to reading more.

You’re probably right about the shareholder issue. In the overall big picture, that technicality doesn’t really alter the fact of whether the fund is acting in good faith at arm’s length. There are two issues here. The most obvious is that if anyone associated with the Fund knew Madeleine was dead then there is a gross fraud being committed. Secondly, there are potential issues with the way the company was set up. For instance, the use of the word “Fund” has always been potentially misleading and some people do think it is a charity or charity-like organisation. By using the word “Fund” and by using the same “game-plan” as a charity, there is little wonder that this latter confusion has prevailed ever since it was set up.
As far as I know, a company return filing is not financial information. A Company Return is mainly administrative details such as names and addresses of directors etc. If you know or have more information you would like to share with us, please send it to use via the contact form in the message field.

Well done for setting up this site and letting us comment. Its about time this fund was investigated and it accounts were made public. I hope Kate and Gerry have replaced the money they “stole” (in my opinion) to pay off their mortgage.
