McCann Fund Fraud

Overwhelming evidence shows that Madeleine McCann died in or near apartment 5A at the Ocean Club Resort in Praia da Luz in Portugal. Madeleine met her demise sometime between May 1 and May 3. Read the evidence in this website. The Fund they set up to look for Madeleine is fraudulent if any person involved in the case knew Madeleine was dead at the time it was set up. If you made a donation to the Madeleine Fund and are not happy with how your donation has been spent, please contact the site so we can form a group who can litigate against Madeleine's Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned Limited.

McCanns were broke in 2007

Back in the summer of 2007 when the McCanns stayed in Portugal for four months following the disappearance of their daughter Madeleine, the two wealthy doctors were in financial difficulty. Gerry McCann’s sister Patricia recently revealed that family members helped them to pay the mortgage payments on their house in Rothley, Leicestershire.

Quoted in the Daily Record (here), Patricia Cameron said:

“It is so hard to watch Kate and Gerry push themselves constantly. When Madeleine first went missing, family and friends had to step in to help them pay the mortgage.

“Money is constantly tight but they have to keep going. They will never give up looking and that costs money. Families of the missing still need to pay bills while they search but there is no right to any financial help.”

Back at the end of October 2007, it was revealed that the McCanns had used the fund set up to look for their daughter to pay mortgage payments on their home. This, understandably caused an outrage and their spokesman Clarence Mitchell clarified the situation in a BBC article (here). Mitchell said:

“The fund has always had the ability to assist the family financially if necessary. Kate and Gerry McCann stopped using the fund in September when they were made formal suspects in the case.”

Money, or lack of it, is always a motive in a homicide case. Why did the British Government deny the Portuguese police the necessary financial information on Kate Healy and Gerry McCann? Surely in a homicide case this information was crucial to the investigators in trying to establish if there was a motive behind Madeleine’s disappearance. Patrica Cameron has revealed what a lot of people believed at the time – that Madeleine McCann’s parents were in financial difficulty.

Here is the full article as published in the Daily Record on December 23, 2010:

Madeleine McCann’s aunt explains why she has joined charity for missing people.. and how search for little girl goes on

Dec 23 2010 Exclusive by Annie Brown

IN the window of Patricia Cameron’s porch is a photo of her niece Madeleine McCann with the caption, “Still missing, still missed, still looking.”

Another Christmas is about to pass, the fourth since Madeleine disappeared in May 2007, leaving only pain and longing behind.

Patricia said: “Christmas is one of the toughest times. But every family occasion is marred because there is a little person who is not there.

“It doesn’t get any easier. If anything, it gets harder.”

This week, Patricia became a family representative for the charity Missing People, who help with searches and support those left behind.

She wanted to take on the role to highlight the plight of the many left with a void in their life – the parents, the children, the sisters, the brothers, the uncles and the aunts of the missing.

The organisation are asking the Government to give families of missing people the same rights as victims of crime, access to legal and financial assistance and emotional support.

It hurts Patricia deeply to watch her little brother Gerry and his wife Kate grow emotionally and physically weaker because of the loss and endless searching for Madeleine.

Patricia said: “Gerry is the baby of the family. I feel very protective and it hurts me to see him looking so tired. They are both just exhausted. They have so much on their plate.

“They are overwhelmed by trying to be breadwinners, investigators and parents. That’s why I support the Missing Rights campaign. People need all the help they can get.”

Madeleine was snatched from the Portuguese holiday resort of Praia da Luz in the Algarve on May 3, 2007, as Gerry and Kate dined nearby.

For the McCanns, there was a desperate need for funds to pay for legal advice and a worldwide search.

Patricia said: “It is so hard to watch Kate and Gerry push themselves constantly. When Madeleine first went missing, family and friends had to step in to help them pay the mortgage.

“Money is constantly tight but they have to keep going. They will never give up looking and that costs money. Families of the missing still need to pay bills while they search but there is no right to any financial help.”

After Madeleine disappeared, Patricia took on the role of babysitter for Kate and Gerry’s twins, Sean and Amelie, now five, while their parents searched.

As a result, there is a close bond between Patricia and the children.

She bathes the twins when she visits the McCanns and chats to them about Madeleine and her memories of her.

Patricia said: “Kate listens sometimes. It is always nice for her to hear someone else’s memories of Madeleine, something more of her little girl.”

There are treasured photos of Madeleine as a toddler, with her aunt holding her in her arms. Patricia was Madeleine’s godmother and there was a special bond between them.

When Patricia and her mum, Eileen, visited her son, Paul, who was studying medicine at Cambridge, she would pick Madeleine up from the nearby McCann family home and take her on a special day out.

Patricia said: “She would say to the twins they were too little to come and so it was just her. That made her feel grown-up. We would have lunch and feed ducks in the park. Not expensive things, just precious memories.

“There were times she had my mum and I in stitches. She was so sharp and funny.”

And Patricia remembers vividly a holiday in Ireland with 46 extended family and friends, and playing rounders on the beach.

Patricia said: “Madeleine was a little daredevil. She was the only one who would go in the water. It was the Atlantic and it was freezing. She was a determined little thing.”

Madeleine’s grandparents suffer terribly. Eileen and Kate’s parents, Susan and Brian Healy, fear they’ll never see her again.

Patricia said: “My mum and Kate’s parents have become very close. They understand each other and what they are going through.

“It is hard for them. They think about Madeleine all the time and have some terrible days. A friend of my mum’s died recently. When she was sick, she told my mum she would send her a sign from heaven to let her know if Madeleine was there.”

Eileen calls the twins her bonny lassie and bonny laddie, and carries one under each arm.

Patricia added: “They are crazy about their granny.”

Christmas cards from the McCanns are still signed with the names of all three children.

And there are still Christmas presents in Madeleine’s room ready for her to come home.

In the meantime, Kate is exhausted juggling family life with writing a book she hopes will help finance the continued search for her daughter.

It is expected to be in shops next April, to coincide with the fourth anniversary of her disappearance.

Patricia is a nurse and the hands-on carer in the family.

Perhaps that’s why it is unusual for her to take on a task like this for Missing People. The lobbying and the campaigning have always been roles for Gerry and Kate.

But they are just too busy. Patricia spent a few days with them last week to give them a break before Christmas.

She said: “Gerry has changed. He is more serious and is always exhausted. It breaks my heart to see him like that.

“Kate has always been thin but they have just had the cold and she looks even thinner now.

“They are both drained emotionally, psychologically and physically.

“They are on a treadmill. They are trying to do their best for their wee daughter who is missing and they are trying to do their best for the wee twins in front of them.

“That’s why organisations like Missing People are vital. I wish at the beginning we had used the kind of support they offer.”

Patricia will never give up hope that Madeleine will be found.

She said: “There are cases of people being hidden and kept for years and those cases give you hope. You have to think like that.

“She could be alive. We just haven’t found her.”

There were over 40,000 incidents of people going missing in Scotland last year.

Missing People have caring, highly skilled staff and volunteers working around the clock all over the UK.

The role of Family Representative is the first of several planned new volunteer opportunities available in Scotland, and involves acting as a spokesperson to the media and local community.

I think body was moved between the 29th to 30th May 2007 when they went to Rome by a friend of Murat the body is near Huelva they went to there to pay some respect. Hence my 03/08/06 theory one year after the event.

Good one! doing it themselves was just too risky. If the PJ know the unusual places they stopped at, they might get somewhere.
I’ve just blown up the photograph of M which is on the cover of ‘Vanished’,facing left. Her right eye has the merest spot in it. The coloboma was hugely exaggerated. It’s one of the few photographs where the eye is clearly visible.
What with the Companies Register, the banks, and the four boarding passes, you’ve done masses.
I’m posting like mad on Missing Madeleine, it’s all very useful.
They have closed down their facebook a few times today. Someone had posted the Gaspar’s statement on the wall.
Only thing with 29/30 5 is why leave it so long? At least a year, or perhaps just five or six months. Yes, I can take 6 months but not a year. Late autumn break (cheaper again). 6 months they could have hidden it, how come DNA from hairs in Rothley still? We want all of 2006 info!!

    Alice,

Hair does not rot can take years look at the Victorians they kept a locket of hair from a dead husbamd/daughter and it has lasted up to 100 years.
Why so long well the body was near PDL what did KM say within 10 miles in a cellar change cellar to freezer, but when the police did not beleive the abduction theory well a dead body would be sought and a freezer would be on the radar so to speak, but not for a missing child.

Thats why I said August 2006 thats 8 months could not risk going back the same time in 2007 in case someone remembered them, thats why they wanted that book banned if someone read it and saw that they had said that they had not been to PDL before someone would have come forward.

Have stirred up Companies House again regarding their website not displaying the required information they must display, and the fact that they are remitting money into an account which does not match the companies name, I gather that it is not allowed by law, also asked for the date paper work was received if they find its before I am sure they will instigate police action.

Also donated 1p to the fund by Pay Pal just to see what sort of back up I would get from them, nothing at all just a Pay Pal confirmation, thats also not right not getting a receipt.

So had a goodish day I think. A cup of tea and start digging again.

Re the hairs: just thought they don’t do much cleaning at home, but when on holiday! Washing laundry, buying cleaning materials at the supermarket. Such a busy little housewife. Despite all these facilities provided at no cost.
Like the Pay Pal! What with the hacking scandal and what lies behind it, they might be a bit worried.
Perhaps a lot of people should send 1 p. Will that occasion larger transfer costs?

    Alice

KM said that they had left MM room as it was prior to going to PDL, so why not 8 months would explain the hair.

Also found out that the merchandising pay pal donations for the fund is run by a company called Infohost in Ullapool same town that PM lives and it looks like our PM may have been a director of what I dont know I dont have the cash to order the report.

No to send money via Pay Pal is free, they have to pay a fee plus a percentage when they transfer the money from Pay Pal to their bank.

But if say 100,000 people did it would sure clog up the system especialy if you email them 4 times a day requesting a receipt that complies with Companies act and VAT requirements.

Guess what Catriona Baker MM’s child minder was in PDL at MW in 2006 she stated that in her UK statement of 18/04/2008 but told the JP in 06/05/07 she only started in 2007.

So liar I guess or is she involved ie the child minder who messed up in 2006 could be.

Link above came up in Missing Madeleine.

Catriona doesn’t look like the sharpest knife in the drawer. Would believe pretty well anything in return for fame and fortune. Didn’t she make the most of the publicity by saying she wanted to be an actress?

Their is a website that you can check out directors names, so I put in the post code of the Madeleine Fund and matched it to the last Companies House return which listed all the directors, they are no longer their, so I checked by individual name again disappeared.

Also found out GM is a director of 2 companies in Oxfordshire using Dr Gerald Patrick McCann date of birth 06/1968 but cannot find out the names that costs £21.60.

Am working on another couple of leads will start after my coffee.

In her book K calls it a ‘company’ several times. I’ll look up the quote for you. Most of the original director are listed in the book. Pretty nearly all family. And now I’ve read a suggestion somewhere that John McCann was the father of Maddie by artificial insemination. Hmm. Looking at John, it would have to be, don’t you think?

Site Admin: Super Sleuth, it’s nothing controversial. Gerry was working in Amsterdam for a year. When you live abroad and apply for a UK passport that’s how it is endorsed.

Curious though, because he had to have the passport renewed at the British Embassy or Consulate. Passport must have been nearly out of date when he went to Amsterdam.
I’ve come across the work of an Irish independent journalist who has worked out the birth of the Fund. I’ll look it up and send you the link. You’re right, it was in fact a 24hour job, mostly by the lawyers.
I’m leaning more and more towards no Maddie in 2007. In K’s book no photographs at all of PdL and M.

Has anyone on this site purchased anything from the Madeleine Fund ie a teeshirt etc, if so did they get an invoice/receipt if so did it have a VAT registration number on it, as they have to be VAT registered as their turnover exceeds £70k per annum.

Site Admin: Hi Super Sleuth. Someone from Germany made a donation to the fund back in 2007. They supplied details to the site but it is only a PayPal receipt to show that they made a payment. We are not aware of a VAT number. Why not contact the Fund directly to find out their VAT number?

Also, in reading some of your posts regarding setting up a UK company, there are some problems with your line of thinking. In the UK, you can buy off the shelf companies. This is done to expedite things because you obviously don’t have to wait any length of time to have a company up and running when you go down this route. It also has several other advantages. Some of those off the shelf companies are sold with bank accounts AND they may have been set up a long time ago so they have a history. Indeed, it is not out of the ordinary to buy a company that is already 20 years old! The only practical requirement with an off the shelf company is a possible name change and a change of directors. This can all be done the same day so don’t be misled by Companies House telling you it takes 8 – 10 days. Do you have proof that Madeleine’s Fund: Leaving No Stone Unturned Limited was not an off the shelf company?

Found out it was a same day service set up and Incorporation, with a bank account ready by the 17/05/07. An off the wall company, well no evidence on that, but a company called Madeleine’s Fund Leave No Stone Unturned Limited, would have to involve a name change, cant imagine anyone having a company called that. Now the bank account well even if it was an off the wall company, banks would need some evidence of new directors etc, and why is the bank account not in the same name as the company.

Sent the fund a small donation again only a Pay Pal receipt no confirmation from the Fund ie a receipt have requested guess what no joy. Now as it is a company and donations are included in their income, even items not VAT able must be accounted for, so much for being open, but I have another idea so lets see what happens their.

    Hi

    Thanks

Have the opinion some people were begining to come round, maybe not to the 2006 theory but not a 2030hrs to 2200hrs event on the 3/5/7. Blossom I think got miffed when I didnt bite.

Matthew backed me up on the Eddie the dog, cadaverine theory that proved death was 1hr 30mins + before discovery and removal to the wardrobe. Which if you beleive the Smith sightings at around 2145-2150hrs on 3/5/7, that would make death around 2020hrs or earlier, this is before they left the apartment. So plan over the next few days is to research calpol etc, to see if it is detectable if taken previously, ie in hair samples, I know certain drugs are detectable with a hair sample. If not and they stated that they had no given the children anything, what are they hiding, or are they lying.

Then Catriona Baker telling porkies is also suspicious, told the PJ she started in the OC in PDL in 2007, UK police in 2006.

    See you tomorrow.

I they were in finantial difficulty how could they afford to go on holiday abroad??? Did “someone else” pay for it…? Many people have come up with the idea that that holiday was not a simple family holiday…that it was nothing but…it was a gathering of people, a large group, that went far beyond the Tapas 9 group. A laerge group of people who shared a common interest, a common practice…
The questions of the portuguese police about the McCanns and their friends finantial background were answered in a single A4 sheet, imagine, finantial and other information on a group of 9 people and it fitted all in a single A4 sheet!!! Concerning the McCanns, the information given stated that they had no credit cards or known bank accounts!!! So, one asks…how did they pay for the holiday??? If it was not them it must have been someone else…was it an “offer”, a “package holiday” courtesy of…?

They have a bank account no one who is employed by the Goverment ie NHS is paid cash.

Word out on other forums are that our Gerry is covered by a D notice, I think Alice may confirm that info is out there, maybe she will give me the link, hehehe the forum didnt like me, so got blocked hehehehe, otherwise I would post the link myself, it is saying now again this is just what is out there and could not be true, but its saying GM’s name was found to be included in “Operation Ore” hence the CATS number 19309 being included in the financial reports.

Suggest you read the following link.

    http://www.chris-uk.org/another-cover-up/former-p-m-gordon-brown-dunblane

Maybe maybe that is why he knows our Gordon Brown, and strings so to speak were pulled to scupper the investigation.

So publishing his financial records in Portugal, well that could do a lot of damage.

At least I can post here re cloning. I did go off the rails a bit there, but the point is, that Scotland seems to be first in this research, plus a recent article that human/animal – 130 experiments in the last few years. Point is that research could be worth a lot of money. Already experiments with implanting pig’s hearts into humans I think have read about, whether it has been done or not, don’t know.
Still, I also pointed out IVF treatment with same donors but two related families could produce very similar offspring. Genetically speaking would be very interesting experiment. So some sort of protection from that angle?
Just found from other member (who is bugging me a bit) that Gerry was on committee on nuclear medicine run by Gordon Brown’s brother.

Healy can’t relax about it and her face is old now. They didn’t know those dogs eddy and keela would be used and that gave the game away. How long it still take before we hear from the Met?
Somewhere I read that they dismissed the Metodo 3’s information, which is good news.
I became impatient with this long story. It would be very human if the Scotland Yard would show some consideration towards us. How long will it take them to write the final report, with their conclusions?
And are they in title to arrest the McCanns and send them to Algarve? Kate aged a terrible lot, after the UK got involved in the case. I fear for the twins’lives. How will the parents explain them that they are the perpetrators and that Maddie is dead?
That is why I fear for the siblings’lives.
And the parents could end up in committing suicide.
May God protect Sean and Amelie.
